Impacts: At 11.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas adjacent to the river, Island Park, and basement flooding of residences along River and Mairmont Streets in Niles can be expected.
Additional Details: - At 9:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 10.5 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 11.2 feet tomorrow evening.
