Description
What: Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.
Where: Portions of south central, southwest, and west central Michigan.
When: Until 10 AM EST Friday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Recommended Action
Use caution while outdoors. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
