Description
What: Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches, locally up to 10 inches in the heaviest bands. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph near Lake Superior.
Where: Alger, Luce, and Schoolcraft Counties.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Wednesday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
Recommended Action
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
