Saginaw River At Saginaw affecting Saginaw and Bay Counties. .Recent rainfall and forecast rainfall today will continue to cause the rivers to rise. For the Cass Riverincluding Cass City, Vassar, Frankenmuth Minor flooding is forecast. For the Tittabawassee Riverincluding Sanford, MidlandModerate flooding is forecast. For the Saginaw Riverincluding SaginawMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Saginaw River at Saginaw.
When: Until early Monday morning.
