Where: Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties.
When: For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 8 AM EDT this morning. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 2 AM to 2 PM EDT Saturday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
