Description

What: Visibility 1/4 mile or less in dense fog.
Where: Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.
When: Until 10 AM EDT /9 AM CDT/ this morning.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Additional Details: Dense fog is developing as the low levels cool and ample moisture remains in place, along with light winds off of the remaining snowpack and cold waters of the Great Lakes.

Recommended Action

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
