Description
Hazards: A snow squall which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile. Location And Movement: At 613 PM EST, a snow squall was along a line extending from near Goshen to Granby to near Burlington to near Woodbury Center and moving southeast at 45 MPH. This Squall Will Be Near: New Britain, West Hartford, Bristol, Chicopee, Southington, Westfield, Holyoke, Windsor, Northampton, and Agawam around 620 PM EST. Springfield, Hartford, Enfield, Amherst, Newington, Wethersfield, South Windsor, Berlin, Longmeadow, and East Windsor around 625 PM EST. Manchester, East Hartford, Glastonbury, Ludlow, Rocky Hill, East Longmeadow, Belchertown, and Pelham around 630 PM EST. Vernon, Ellington, Wilbraham, Somers, and Hampden around 635 PM EST. Tolland, Palmer, Stafford, Monson, and Bolton around 640 PM EST. Coventry, Ware, Hebron, Marlborough, and Andover around 645 PM EST. Warren and Brimfield around 650 PM EST. Description

What: West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
Where: The eastern slopes of the Berkshires in western Massachusetts.
When: From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
