Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below expected.
Where: Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern and southern Rhode Island.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Friday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Recommended Action

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
