What: Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches.
Where: Coastal Hancock, Coastal Washington, Central Washington, and Interior Hancock Counties.
When: From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Thursday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult.
