What: Low temperatures of 33 to 36 in the deeper and rural valleys may result in frost formation.
Where: Portions of northeast, south central, and southeast Kentucky.
When: Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
