Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due toexcess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings areinundated with water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 921 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoingflooding across the warned area. Between 3 and 9 inches ofrain have fallen.- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall isexpected.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Parsons, Chanute, Iola, Eureka, Neodesha, Fredonia, Humboldt,Yates Center, Erie, Madison, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Moran,Thayer, Altoona, Toronto, Hamilton, Severy and Buffalo.
