Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting De Kalb, Defiance and Allen IN Counties. For the Tippecanoe Riverincluding Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam Minor flooding is forecast. For the Eel Riverincluding North ManchesterMinor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Ohioincluding Montpelier, Newville, St. Joe River Ft. WayneModerate flooding is forecast.

Where: Eel River at North Manchester.
When: From Thursday evening to early Sunday morning.
Impacts: At 11.0 feet, The river is at flood stage, minor agricultural flooding occurs.
Additional Details: - At 10:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 6.1 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 11.9 feet Friday morning. Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
