...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...White River at Hazleton, Newberry, and Elliston....The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers inIndiana...White River at Petersburg and Edwardsport..Recent periods of heavy rainfall have led to a rise of the WhiteRiver. Minor flooding south of Interstate 70 in western Indiana willcontinue through the week.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...White River at Edwardsport.* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.* IMPACTS...At 18.6 feet, INDOT may close SR 358 between SR 67 atEdwardsport to SR 57 at Plainville due to flooding. SR 358 floodson the east side of the river between the levees.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:00 AM EDT Monday /6:00 AM CDT Monday/ the stage was 19.2feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 7:00 AM EDT Monday /6:00 AM CDT Monday/ was 19.2feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.2feet this afternoon.
