...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers inIllinois...Spoon River at Seville affecting Fulton County.Spoon River at London Mills affecting Fulton and Knox Counties..The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soilmoisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Spoon River at Seville.* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Easterly access road to Seville inundated.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 6:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 20.2 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate this afternoon to a crest of 23.1 feet just aftermidnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stagetomorrow evening.- Flood stage is 22.0 feet.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
