S: Kishwaukee River at Belvidere affecting Winnebago and Boone Counties. Kishwaukee River near Perryville affecting Winnebago County. For the Kishwaukee Riverincluding Belvidere, PerryvilleMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Kishwaukee River from Confluence with South Branch Kishwaukee River downstream to the Rock River, including the Perryville gauge.
When: Until Monday afternoon.
Impacts: At 15.0 feet, Old Perryville Road threatened south of Rockford. Widespread inundation of agricultural land and forest land near Chicago Rockford International Airport.
Additional Details: - At 6:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.2 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
