...The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Illinois...Illinois River at La Salle affecting La Salle, Bureau and PutnamCounties.For the Illinois River (Upper)...including Ottawa, La Salle...Minorflooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstreamto confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Lower parking lot at Starved Rock StatePark is inundated east of La Salle. High water levels begin toimpact shipping interests along the river.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 22.9 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 10:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 22.9 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3feet just after midnight tonight.- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
