When: From Monday morning to Saturday afternoon.
Impacts: At 17.0 feet, John Hay Recreation Area on east side (inside the Illinois Sny Levee) begins flooding.
Additional Details: - At 11:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.7 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 17.5 feet early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
