...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers inIllinois...Illinois River at Ottawa affecting La Salle County.Illinois River at La Salle affecting Putnam, La Salle and BureauCounties.For the Illinois River (Upper)...including Ottawa, La Salle...Minorflooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstreamto confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Lower parking lot at Starved Rock StatePark is inundated east of La Salle. High water levels begin toimpact shipping interests along the river.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 21.6 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 7:45 PM CDT Monday was 21.6 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2feet Wednesday morning.- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
