At 310 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated up to 2.5 inches of rain havefallen from thunderstorms. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected tobegin shortly.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.SOURCE...Radar.IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poordrainage and low-lying areas.Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...Peoria, East Peoria, Canton, Washington, Bartonville, Creve Coeur,West Peoria, Germantown Hills, Farmington, Bellevue, Rome, Toluca,Hanna City, Washburn, Trivoli, Avon, Fairview, Spring Bay, PeoriaInternational Airport and Kickapoo.
