Where: De Witt, McLean, Peoria, Piatt, Tazewell, Woodford, Champaign, Douglas, Edgar, and Vermilion Counties.
When: Until 9 AM CDT this morning.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
