S: Des Plaines River at Lincolnshire affecting Lake IL and Northern Cook zones.
What: Flooding is possible.
Where: Des Plaines River from Townline Road in Libertyville downstream to Palatine Road in Prospect Heights, including the Lincolnshire gauge.
When: From late tonight to Thursday morning.
Impacts: At 13.0 feet, Low-lying trails in Wright Woods Forest Preserve are inundated.
