What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Fox River from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles, including the Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater gauge.
When: Until further notice.
Impacts: At 10.0 feet, Winaki Trail and Onaway Trail are threatened south of Algonquin. Athletic fields inundated at Judson College in Elgin.
Additional Details: - At 9:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Recent ActivityThe maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 AM CDT Friday was 10.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.1 feet this evening before gradually falling into next week. - Flood stage is 9.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
