Description

What: Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 to 15 inches above 3000 feet, with 1 and 5 inches possible below 3000 feet, with the lower range near Bonners Ferry northward. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
Where: Priest River, Mullan, St. Maries, Lookout Pass, Sandpoint, Wallace, Eastport, Osburn, Athol, Pinehurst, Bonners Ferry, Clark Fork, Dobson Pass, Kellogg, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Fourth Of July Pass, and Fernwood.
When: From Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible especially above 3000 feet, with dangerous travel conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
