Hazard: Up to 40 mph wind, frequent cloud to ground lightning and heavy rain.

Locations impacted include Atlanta, Douglasville, Carrollton, City of South Fulton, Smyrna, East Point, Union City, Villa Rica, Powder Springs, Fairburn, Austell, Palmetto, Hiram, Chattahoochee Hill, Lithia Springs, Brownsville, Bill Arp, Fairplay, Abilene, and Winston.
