What: Very cold wind chills as low as 34 expected.
Where: Coastal Charlotte, Inland Lee, Coastal Pasco, and Inland Sarasota Counties.
When: From 3 AM to 10 AM EST Monday.
Impacts: Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
