Description

What: Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures as hot as the mid 90s to 104 and low temperatures as warm as the 70s for Thursday through Saturday expected.
Where: San Diego County Mountains.
When: From 10 AM this morning to 8 PM PDT Monday.
Impacts: Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.

Recommended Action

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
