Where: Caruthers - San Joaquin - Selma, Delano-Wasco-Shafter, Hanford - Corcoran - Lemoore, Merced - Madera - Mendota, Planada - Le Grand - Snelling, Southeast San Joaquin Valley, and Visalia - Porterville - Reedley.
When: Until 10 AM PST Saturday.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
