Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Clovis, Sanger, Reedley, Dinuba, Orosi, Orange Cove, Oakhurst, East Orosi, Yosemite Lakes, Cutler, Fancher Creek, Trimmer Springs, Mountain Rest, Auberry, Hurley, Shaver Lake, Fence Meadow, Shaver Lake 3ne, Millerton Lake and North Fork. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
