Description

What: For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. For the Heat Advisory, temperatures 87 to 92 expected.
Where: Eastern San Fernando Valley and Western San Fernando Valley.
When: For the Wind Advisory, until 3 PM PDT Sunday. For the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 6 PM PDT Sunday.
Impacts: Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Isolated power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
