When: For the first Wind Advisory, until 8 AM PST this morning. For the second Wind Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Thursday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds may move loose debris, result in minor damage property, and cause sporadic power outages. Travel could become difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
