In Oregon, this includes Klamath Falls, Keno, Merrill, Chiloquin, Lakeview, Valley Falls, Silver Lake and surrounding areas.
When: From 2 AM to 8 AM PDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
