Description

What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton and Carroll and northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Craig, Delaware, Mayes and Ottawa.
When: Through Monday afternoon.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms overnight will result in heavy rainfall with localized totals of 4 to 6 inches possible in spots. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

At 1157 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 4 miles southwest of West Siloam Springs, moving northeast at 25 mph.
Hazard: Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
Source: Radar indicated.
Impact: Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations in or near the path include Siloam Spring
