Where: Portions of southeast Alabama and Big Bend and Panhandle Florida.
When: From 3 AM EDT /2 AM CDT/ to 10 AM EDT /9 AM CDT/ Thursday.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Recommended Action
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
