A period of freezing rain. What: Freezing rain with total amounts of 5 to 10 millimetres. When: Overnight Thursday night and Friday morning. Where: Abititi, Parent, La Tuque, Charlevoix Additional information: The precipitation will start as snow before changing to freezing rain, which could reduce the impact on the roads. Freezing rain will then change to rain. ### Local utility outages are possible. Freezing rain warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces. When: Thursday evening to Friday

Additional information:
Precipitation is expected to start as snow or ice pellets before changing to freezing rain. Accumulations of 5 to 10 cm of snow and ice pellets are also possible before the transition.

Roads and sidewalks could be icy, making travel difficult.
