Freezing rain expected

What: A period of freezing rain, accompanied by ice pellets

When: during the night from Monday to Tuesday until Tuesday morning

Additional information:
A period of snow will precede the freezing rain. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 centimetres followed by 3 to 5 millimetres of freezing rain are expected. The freezing rain will change to rain near the coast on Tuesday morning.

Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Local utility outages are possible.
