An intense low pressure system will reach the Gulf of St. Lawrence on Monday. Snow at times heavy, strong northerly winds and blowing snow are expected over Eastern Quebec late in the day on Sunday into Monday.

Travel conditions may be difficult due to rapidly accumulating snow and blowing snow.
