Freezing rain or rain will change back to snow overnight, with very strong northwest winds expected on Monday.

Locations: Prince Edward Island.

Time span: gradually easing Monday afternoon.

Remarks: Freezing rain or rain this evening will turn back to snow overnight tonight with 5 to possibly 10 cm expected before easing Monday afternoon. Northwest winds gusting to 80 to 90 km/h will develop Monday morning giving poor visibility in blowing snow.
