Description

Brief but intense snowfall could affect road conditions and visibilities.

What:
Significantly reduced visibility in heavy snow.
Local snowfall amounts of 4 to 8 cm.

When:
Continuing into this evening.

Additional information:
Snow has developed northeast of Lake Superior and will continue southeastward toward Greater Sudbury by late this afternoon. Given that the heavy snow will be brief, the primary hazard will be significantly reduced visibility as opposed to snowfall accumulations.

Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Travel may be difficult.
