Hazardous winter conditions expected Tuesday night into Wednesday.
What:
Snowfall amounts of 5 to 15 cm.
Reduced visibility in local blowing snow with winds gusting up to 50 km/h.
When:
Beginning Tuesday night and continuing through Wednesday.
Additional information:
Snow and local blowing snow associated with an approaching system will develop Tuesday night. There remains some uncertainty with the track of this system, therefore, snowfall amounts and areas affected could change. Warnings may be issued as the event draws closer.
Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Some travel delays are possible. Road closures are possible. Allow extra time for travel.
