What:
Snowfall amounts of 20 to 40 cm.
Significantly reduced visibility in blowing snow with winds gusting up to 70 km/h.

When:
Beginning tonight and continuing into Wednesday night.

Additional information:
Snow and blowing snow associated with an approaching system will develop tonight. The heaviest snow is expected to fall near the Minnesota border, south of the city of Thunder Bay.
