Freezing rain will transition to rain overnight. Rain and freezing rain will be heavy at times this evening through tonight. The rain will ease early Monday morning.
If possible, clear storm drains of snow and ice.

Beginning Monday morning and easing Monday evening.

Strong southwesterly winds are expected to develop Monday morning
with the passage of a strong cold front. The winds will become northwesterly through the afternoon. The winds will ease through Monday evening. The strongest wind gusts are expected near Lake Ontario Monday afternoon.
