What:
Blizzard conditions.
Total local snowfall amounts of 20 to 40 cm.
Strong wind gusts of 70 to 90 km/h.
When:
Monday morning easing to scattered flurries Tuesday afternoon.
Additional information:
Lake effect snow squalls off Lake Huron will develop early Monday morning. Widespread blowing snow and blizzard conditions will be the primary concern as northwesterly wind gusts of 70 to 90 km/h are expected Monday into Monday night.

Travel will likely be extremely hazardous and some routes will likely be impassable. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Road closures are likely. Prolonged, widespread utility outages are likely.

Beginning Monday morning and easing Monday evening.

Strong southwesterly winds are expected to develop Monday morning with the passage of a strong cold front. The winds will become northwesterly through the afternoon. The winds will ease through Monday evening. Areas with significant ice build-up from freezing rain will be most vulnerable.
