When:
Tuesday night through Thursday.

Additional information:
Snow is expected to begin Tuesday night and continue into Wednesday before transitioning into rain Wednesday afternoon. Snowfall amounts may reach 25 cm over the northern portion of the region. In addition, strong northerly winds will also accompany snow on Thursday, leading to blowing snow and reduced visibility at times. Snow and blowing snow is expected to taper off Thursday night.
