Easterly winds gusting up to 60 km/h.
When:
Beginning overnight or early Wednesday morning, and tapering off by Wednesday evening.

Several hours of freezing rain are possible Wednesday. Easterly winds gusting to 60 km/h combined with ice accretion may lead to utility outages and tree damage.
Since temperatures are expected to be close to the freezing mark, there is some uncertainty regarding how much ice accretion will occur.
