A potent low pressure system will impact parts of the Kivalliq region on Monday and Tuesday.

Hazard: Near blizzard conditions due to moderate snow combined with winds gusting between 60 to 70 km/h.

Timing: Beginning Monday afternoon and ending late Tuesday.

Remarks: This system will continue to be monitored as it develops and tracks into the region. Warnings may be issued closer to the event as confidence increases in the track and impacts of the system.
