Description
Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow continues in some locations.
Locations: parts of central, northeastern and eastern Newfoundland.
Additional snowfall: 5 to 10 cm.
Maximum wind gusts: northeasterly 80 km/h, except 100 along parts of the coast.
Time span: continuing until this afternoon or evening.
Remarks: Strong winds combined with fresh snowfall will cause widespread blowing snow today.
