Locations: Postville - Makkovik.

Total snowfall: 30 to 50 cm.

Maximum wind gusts: northerly 60 to 80 km/h, strongest in Makkovik.

Time span: Friday and Saturday.

Remarks: Snowfall rates of 2 to 5 cm per hour are possible. Strong winds accompanying the snow will reduce visibility in blowing snow. Conditions are expected to gradually improve late Saturday.
