Yellow Warning - Cold
A period of very cold wind chills is expected. The coldest wind chill values will be between minus 40 and minus 45.
Cold arctic air remains in place for one more night.
The wind chill will moderate Sunday morning, followed by a continued warming trend that will see temperatures rise back to the freezing mark on Monday.

Extreme cold puts everyone at risk.
Risks are greater for young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people working or exercising outdoors, and those without proper shelter.
Watch for cold related symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, numbness and colour change in fingers and toes.
