Freezing rain is expected.
An Alberta Clipper continues to spread an area of freezing rain across portions of southern Saskatchewan and western Manitoba early this morning.
The threat for freezing rain will diminish through the day today.

Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. There is risk of injury due to slips and falls.
Freezing rain warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces.
