Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure's Hydrologic Forecast Water Management has issued a Flood Watch for Central and Southern Manitoba due to potentially high precipitation amounts. The highlighted areas could see 60mm with some localized areas receiving more. Overland Flood Watch is an advisory issued to inform the public about a risk of localized flooding that may occur in open areas and ditches due to localized heavy precipitation amounts fall in short durations.
